For many of us, the world feels like a place where we constantly have to "perform." We’re told to have it all figured out, to stay strong, and to handle our struggles in silence. I created Just Try Therapy because I believe you deserve a space where you can finally drop the act.

While my practice is open to all, I have a deep passion for supporting men and youth. In a society that often tells men to "just figure it out" alone, I want you to know that seeking help isn’t a sign of weakness; it’s a courageous commitment to becoming your best self.

I know how overwhelming it can feel to start therapy. My approach removes the pressure to have a perfect script or a clear destination before you start a session. Whether you are a man looking to rediscover self-love and confidence, or an individual navigating the "stuckness" of anxiety and trauma, I provide a calm, collaborative space to help you stop overthinking and start winning at life again.

As a Registered Psychotherapist, I help you move beyond "just venting" toward active, tangible healing. In our sessions, we won't just talk about the surface—we will explore the roots of your struggles and challenge the limiting beliefs that keep you small.

I blend Life Coaching and Mindfulness with evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, and ACT to help you build the self-worth you deserve. Therapy doesn't have to be a heavy, clinical burden; it can be the place where you finally feel seen, supported, and energized to change.

I provide a calm, non-judgmental environment for children and teens to explore their emotions, learn how to regulate their emotions, develop healthy coping skills and build self-worth. We work together to plant the seeds for long-term emotional resilience.

  • Rebuild the connection and growing in your relationship. Relationships thrive on authentic communication, not just "getting through the day." I help partners navigate conflict, identify triggers, rebuild trust, validate emotions, heal wounds and rediscover the self-love that allows a relationship to flourish. We focus on active healing to move your partnership toward a more fulfilling future.

  • Strengthening the roots of your home. Family dynamics can be complex and overwhelming. My family sessions provide a structured space to resolve conflicts and improve communication.
